Hie proper legal officers of said municipalities, at [their regular meeting place on the 9tli dav of May 1928, determine to issue bonds or other evidences of indebtedness exceeding five thousands dollars. The amount of the bonds proposed is estimated at 9.217.65. but not to exceed the sum of 10,000.1)0 bearing interest at tlie rate of 4*5% per annum; the. net assessed value of all property of Hartford Township is 91,734,040.00 and the present indebtedness of said township without this issue is $28,372.16. The proceeds of such bond issue are to be used for the cost of construction of the Peter Fox Road in said unit.
