Time was slow in the running events. o , Portland Pointing For Victory Over Decatur Portland, April 27 — The Portland Panthers will play their final home baseball game Friday afternoon when they stack up against the strong Decatur Yellow Jackets. After their victory over the Berne high school nine las week the Farrlsmen are all “pepped up” to defeat the Curtismen. Much interest has been manifested by the students in the present baseball s°ason, hut the townspeople have not shown their usual support.
