Craig, the defendant filed j |an answer in general denial and a cross-complaint, demanding judgment tar $9,000 damages. Mr. Craig alleges that on April 20, 1927, he entered into j a written contract with Mr. Schulte to superintend and manage the Deca-1 tur Country Club, to collect the dues I of the members, for a period of two , years, etc., and that he had carried out his part of that contract. He j alleges further that Mr. Schulte violated the contract on December 24, 1927, when he ordered Craig to vacate the premises. Craig states that | he would have received $4,500 per year for his services according to the terms of the contract. Attorney H. M.
