The county treasurer’s office will be open from 8 a. m. to 4 p. tn. during the tax paying season. All taxes not paid by that time will become delinquent and a 10% penalty will be added. Do not put off paying your taxes as they must be paid and the law points out the duty of the county treasurer. Those who have bought or sold property and wish a division of taxes, are asked to come in at once. Don’t wait for the rush. No receipts can he laid away for anyone, so please don’t ask for it.
