COURT HOUSE Case Dismissed The case of the state vs. Lloyd Baker for violation of the prohibition law was dismissed today after a nolle filed by the prosecutor been sustained by the court. Sentence On Verdict In the case of the state is. Curt Reynolds, which was tried this week, the court rendered sentence on the jury’s verdict, fining the defendant $350 and costs and sentencing him to serve four months on the state penal farm. Judgment Rendered In the case of the Riverside Garage vs. Archie Smith, the court rendered judgment in favor of the plaintiff for $34.97 and costs and tor foreclosure of a mechanic’s lien. Estate Opened Letters of administration have been isued to Everett Banter in the estate of George Banter. Bond in the sum of 31,800 was filed.
