Indiana respectfully petition your Honorable Rod.', snd ask that you construct and complete a free Macadamized stone road, in said Township over and upon the public highway situated on tlie following route to wit: Commencing al the north west corner of the north west quarter of section fifteen (15) in township twentyfive(2s) north range fifteen (15) east in Adams County. Indiana them e south for a distance of one (1) mile over and upon the. public highway situated on the section line dividing said section fifteen (15) from section sixteen (lb) township and range aforesaid and terminating at the south west corner of the south wef»t quarter of said section fifteen (15) township and range aforesaid. Your petitioners aver a’‘d say that the improvement herein prayed for is less tiian three miles in length, connects at both ends with a Free Macadam Road, in said township and that the wlmde of the same will be of public utility and benefit. Your petitioners further aver ami say that a part of the highway herein nought to be improved, is already established and in use and a part of the same is for a highway now already established and in use. Your petitioners ask that saiu proposed highway above described be located and established on and along the route above described and that Hie same he drained and graded and that broken stone ami screenings lie placed thereon Your petitioners further ask that highway above described be improved, and that tlie same be graded to a width of 21 feet and that broken stone be placed thereon to a width of 10 feet and to a depth of 8 inclies at tile sides thereof, and to a depth of 10 indies in tlie center thereof, and that crushed stone screenings be placed thereon to a depth of I inches upon such b> I, keii stone, and said improvement be made a single track and that the name of the same be the William Wcndel Macadam Road.
