Moffitt of Knightstown. .Moffitt won the grand champion ribbon on his ten ears of yellow corn at Purdue’s annual agricultural conference last night. I The occasion was the honoring of | five rural women of Indiana as | "Master Farm Homemakers. an award comparable to the award of "Master Farmer,” which also is given by the conference. Those given this recognition were Mrs. Elmer Waters of Lafayette; Mrs. E. W. Stults of Huntington; Mrs. T. H. Seaney of Lagrange; Mrs. E. L. Husted of Woodburn and Mrs. Mae Schermerhorn of Brimfield.
