Following the games, the hostess served a very deli(ious two-course luncheon. Just as the luncheon was finished, a knock was heard at the back door. One of the par- ( ty answered the knock and in walked ’ Santa Claus wit'a his arms laden with beautifully wrapped Chlistnias packt ages. There was one for each guest i with an extra large package for Miss Lama Stanley, Chief Operator of the Telephone Company. Upon opening it Miss Stanley found it contained a beautiful magazine rack healing a card: “From the Telephone Girls". Miss Stanley was very generous with her expressions of appreciation to the 'girls in behalf of the lovely gift. A I social hour followed. Covers were laid at the luncheon tables for Miss Gerber.
