SO CHA RAE CLUB MEETING Miss Kathryn Omlcr was hostess to the So Cha Rae Club Thursday evening, at her home on West Adams street Bridge furnished the diversion for the evening and prizes for high score were awarded to Mrs. Glen Hill. Mrs. Clyde Butler and Miss Helen Gass. Plans were made for the annual Christmas party of the Club which will be held on December the thirteenth. At the close of the meeting the hostess served dainty refreshments. The next meeting will be held in two weeks with Mrs. Dick Ehinger. Initiation services will be held gt that time for, Mrs. Glen Hill and Miss Mary Harris. BOOT TOWNSHIP HOME ECONOMICS CLUB The Ilo.t Township Home Economics Club met Thursday afternoon with Mts. Sanna Kunkle. This was the annual club Guest Day and each member brought a guest tc the meeting. Plans were made during the afternoon for Achievement Dav which will be held November 13 in the Kirkland Community building. A pet-luck din ner will be served at the noon hour and the program will follow in the afternocn. This is a public meeting t> which every lady in the county is invited. At four o'clock, a delicious pot-luck dinner was served. RILEY TEACHERS ENJOY BIRTHDAY DINNER Complimentary to the birthdays of Misses Nell Whines mid Ruth Vizard teachers at the Riley school, Misses Bertha Bunner and Florence Haney, entertained with a most delicious twocourse dinner at noon today. Supt. M. F. Worthman was a guest besides the Riley school trailers. The table was arranged in the office of the school bouse and a big white birthday cake with pink icing and bearing "111" birthday candles, formed the c literpiece of the table. Place cards were most unique, lieing a dog fashioned from a weiner and with a cut- . out picture of the face of each guest 1 annexed to one end of the weiner. This feature alone afforded much
