Cleveland ranked lowest in the ration of policemen to population. The Total Deaths "More than 400 men, women and children have been murdered in the city of Cleveland since January 1, 1922: almost half a hundred murders have been committed during the past six months within the well-paved, newly widened and brilliantly lighted streets of Cleveland.” —o — Petroleum Expo To Feature First Aid And Safety Contest Tulsa, Okla. — (INS) —One of the principal features of the 1927 International Petroleum exposition to be held here September 24 to October 2, will be a first aid and safety contest, held by the Mid-Continent Oil and Gas
