The large dining room was attractively decorated with a profusion of garden flowers in yellow and me. End tables and console tables about the room held large baskets and vases filled with peonies, roses and jonquils. At the head of the receiving line, which included the hostesses, was an arrangement of yellow and pink roses in stall-step effect The side electroliers were adorned with pretty baskets filled with roses in the two shades. At six-thirty o'clock, a delicious three-course dinner was served at thirty-two small tables, which were centered with bud vases filled with pink sweet peas and dainty yq’low flowers. The nut cups cards, which also served as tally from yellow to deep rose. The place were rose petal creations, shaded cards. wereXlarge roses in the two shades. The Misses Irene Holt House, Helen Gass, Charlotte Niblick. Naomi Holthouse, Mary Margaret and Helen Voglewede, Mary Fisher. Rosemary Smith. Helen Schmitz. Tsabel Neptune, Mary Harris, Delores Klepper. Alice Clark. Mary Virginia Hyland and Mary Jane McGee, wearing frocks of pastel shades, assisted in serving the elaborate dinner. The tables were arranged for Bridge anil, at the conclusion of five [tames duplicate prizes for high scores were awarded to winners with both pink and yellow tallies, and included Mrs. Will Rowers. Mrs. Fred Fullenkamp, Mrs W. A. Knobler, and Mrs. R. O. Cent: pink: and Mrs. Frank Lose, Mrs. Ray Keller, Mrs. Ed Coffee and Mrs. G. 11. Wehmeyer, yellow tallies. Out-of-town guests who attended included Mrs. Edna Crawford-Stanley and Mrs. Aloysius Schmitt, of Los Angeles, California; Mrs. Lloyd Hartman and Mrs. Frank McDowell, of Bluff ton; Mrs. T. A. R- (l-< Royal Neighbors, Woodmen and Carpenters Union to attend. The Rev. 11. W. Thompson, pastor of the Christian church, will be the principal speaker. Special music has been arranged for the program. All members are urged to attend. Miss Cecile Miller will be hostess to the So Cha Rea Club Thursday evening, at 7:30 o'clock. The Home Economics Club cf Ro t Township will hold its annual picnic in the Charles Gage grove Thursday. A picnic dinner will be served.
