There were some love affairs interwoven in the plot that i added greatly to the entertainment. | Mary Harris and Francis Wertz- ' berger played the roles of Aunt Alice ami Uncle Will in a very creditable manner. Rosemary ’Smith took the part of Elaine, Aunt Alice’s ward. The two leading comedy- parts were played by Isabel Neptune, as Linabel Higgins, called “Liz” for short, and Thomas Dowling, as Hinz Dixon, I “Liz’s'' steady. These two characters provided many rounds of laughter. I Other characters in the play, who added greatly to the production, were Margaret Bremerkamp, as Angela' Scott, Bob's fiancee, and Anna Coichin. as the landlady, who owned the building where Tom and Bob roomed. The splendid manner in which the members of the cast executed their roles showed the effect of diligent f rehearsing. Much credit for the sue- ■ cess of the production is due Sister M. Roberta, who directed the play. The play will long be remembered I as one of the best, ever produced by Pupils of the local school. —— o CREST IS MOVING SOUTH AT RATE OF 50 MILES PER DAY — -fcon’riNyKD fph*w paow onf> being 20.4 feet.
