Vnode to the petition for the opening and widening ot the Moeller road in Adams township, Allen county, which opened in the Adams circuit court here Friday morning, was continued until next 'Wednesday morning when court adjourned for the noon recess today. Inability of attorneys in the case to lie present for the trial on Monday or Tuesday forced postponement of the case until Wednesday. Special Services At U. B. April 30. —(UP) —Mrs. Lita Grey Chaplin today was engrossed in the problem of adjusting iter household budget ‘o $1,500 a month. The amount was granted to her yesterday as temporary alimony pending trial of her divorce suit against her comedian husband, Charlie Chaplin. Mrs. Chaplin testified at the hearing and explained that it was necessary for iter to have $1,967 a month l'or living expenses. L U.
