Krs. Hower asks for a divorce and ali■inny in the sum of SSOO. Upon motion if the plaintiff, the court issued a resjaining order, restraining the defenlant from visiting the plaintiff in her lome at 315 West street, from molestng, speaking to or accosting her on I he streets or in her home, and from eliing or otherwise disposing of his roperty. The plaintiff also filed an apilication for suit money. Attorney H. I. DeVoss is counsel for the plaintiff. The case of Julius Haugk vs. Harry E. Bittner has been dismissed on motion of the plaintiff. ’ The case of Harry O. Williams vs. Lemuel G. Evans vs. the Indiana Service Corporation a hearing on the motion for a new trial Will be held on May 6. Restraining Order Modified In the case of Herman ('. Weber Joi nna W her. Attorney Dore B. Erwin e.itered his appearance tor Uit> defendant. On motion of the defendant, the restraining order was modified to permit the defendant to enter upon the plaintiffs premisses to remove her clothing. The defendant filed a motion for a temporary allowance. A hearing will be held on the motion on April 30. Robert Carper played 1 ho rule of Jim I Jerkins, who had courted for 20 years, hut was not yet discouraged. Vivian Thomas took the part of Ruth Thatcher, mid Josephine Archbold took the pait of Vivian Vernon, the Belle of Cedar Point, both important and wellplayed parts of the production. Tlte story centers around the (Irai ham and Webster homes, and develi opes into a love affair between "t’y- • < lone Sally", who Is known for her tin- ' ccntrolnble temper, and Jack. Other j love affairs and woven into the play I and many intricate affairs are de- , veloped. Tho entire cast is deserving of pi also and the play was very interestI ing and entertaining. Miss Vertical I Whelan, public instructor of the Deca- ■ tur high school, coached the play, and ' Miss Whelan and the east are to be commended on the fine presentation.
