ANOTHER OIL FIRM FORMED AT BERNE Indiana. Michigan And Ohio Men Organise Company; Incorporate At $30,000 The thiid oil corporation to bo organized in Heine recently wan formed Tuesday afternoon, it will be known as the I. M. O. Oil company and Is incorporated at $:i0,00o. The officers elected were: president, A. C. Forsythe of Milan Michigan, vice president Fred Maudbatsch, Toledo, Ohio; second vice-president, K. (’. Mackey, Milan, Michigan; general manager, Robert Maybier .of Herne; secetary-treasurer, R. G. Free, also of Berne. The above officers, together with eGorge S. Slee of Toledo Ohio, and Emil Aeihliman of Berne, compose the board of directors.
