Letters were received today trout Singapore, Shanghai ami Manila, bearing date maths ot February 3, Februray In and February 7, respectively. Miss Moses stated that she was enjoying the trip very much and that her trip through China wa most enjoyable. She stated that the only evidence of war in China was the fact that there were many United States and British boats in the harbor there. She also saw the barbed wire entanglement used in the present China revolution. According to her Hip schedule she is today in Cape Town, South Africa-. Miss Moses left last summer on her trip which will take In r to every important country in the world. Muncie publisher arrested on an indictment charging him with criminal libel, was ut liberty this afternoon under $3,000 bond. Eight Muncie men. including John Watson, former city engineer signed his bond. "This being arrested on a warrant instigated b> Judge Dearth is no new experience for me, Dale said after being released. He said the condition of his daughter, whose illness caused him to return from Ohio, was not serious.
