Dog Refuses To Join Suicide Pact; Saves Lives Os Man And Wife Vienna (United Press) —Their dog's antiplthy to suicide, or at least to gas as a wuy of committing suicide, was responsible for the rescue alive of a Viennese accountant and his wife who attempted to usphyxiute themselves. The accountant pud his wife discouraged by their troubles closed the windows and doors of their appartment, opened all of the gas Jets, and lay down on the bed to die in each others’ F arms.
