Guest, known as America's poet laureate, is shown signing a contract by which his/ poetic works, long known to millions o< newspaper readers, will be illustrated in color on the motion picture screen under the title of “Edgar A. Guest Poetic Jewels.’’ In the picture, reading from the left., are: George Matthew Adams, New York, president </f the George Matthew’ Adams Service, Jnc., which has circulated the Guest poems for ten years through leading newspapers; Charles L. Glett (standing), producer of the Edgar A. Guest Poetic Jewels for the screen; Mr. Guest, Judge Alfred J. Murphy, of Detroit, ami A. J. Moeller, president of American Cinema Association, New York, which is the medium of distribution for the Guest films. The contract was signed at a tribute luncheon tendered the ipoet by his friends in his home city, Detioit.
