IF KIDNEYS ACT BADTAKESALTS 1 Savs Backache Often Means You Have Not Been Drinking Enough Water When you wake up with backache x and dull misery in the kidney region t. may mean you have been eating foods which create acids, says a w< 11- <■ known authority. An excess of such ■ acids overworks the kidneys in their i effort to filter it from blood and k! they become sort of paralyzed and |loggy. When ycur kidneys get sing- . gish and dog you must relieve them, like you relieve your bowels, removp ing all the body's urinous waste, else ,'i you have backache, sick headache, e dizzy spills; your stomach sours, ( tongue is coaled, and when the wgathl” er is bad you have rheumatic t winges. p The urine is cloudy, full of sediment, channels often sore, .water scalds d and you are obliged tb seek relief j two or three times during the night, n Either consult a good, reliable physician at once or get from your pharmaclst about four ounces of .Tad . Salts; take a tablespoonful In a glass e of water before breakfast for a few ‘ days and your kidneys may then act . line. This famous salts i ; made from -. the acid of grapes and lemon juice, v combined with Tibia, and has been a Ued for years to lielp dean and 1. stimulate sluggish kidneys, also to 'f neutralize adds in the system, so ' they no longer irritate, thus Otten y relieving bladder weakness. .Tad Salts is inexpensive, cannot injure and makes a delightful, effervescent lith:a-water drink.
