[Four Place* Padlocked Indianapolis. Ind, June 30—(Unlt- * ed Press) —Three places in Indianaypolls and one in Anderson were padlocked today for one year by order of Judge Baltr.ell in Federal court. The padlock proceedings were started as a result of sale of liquor in the places.
