The New Capitol is one of the finest hotels in Kentucky and the Townsends expect to make that city their permanent home. Mrs. Deam will return to Decatur in June and will spend the summer here. ! o ( MOST MOTORISTS BREAK FERRY STARTING LAW Washington. April I. — (United Press)—Nearly al! motoiits are violating the law prohibiting the starting of engines on ferryboats before the vessels have docked, Arthur J. Tryer, Deputy Commissioner of Navigation of the Department of Commerce, has found. Within two months after the law went into effect last year, inspectors of the department reported 2,000 violations.
