Sherman Creek, Which feeds from Moon Lake, flooded yesterday. The lower dam, a fifty-four-year-old structure. gave way under the strain and the lake dropped tour feet from its normal level, its waiters rushing into the Chippewa river. Basements of |b mes were flooded by the overflow 'and considerable property damage was done. j Game fish, with which the lake was plentifully stocked, are expected to sutler from the ice jaui land flood. »
