O _ o MARKET REPORTS Daily Report Os Local And Foreign Markets Openinn Grain Review Chicago. Mar. 23. — (United Press) —Grain prices opened irregular on the Chicago board of trade today. Wheat opened fractionally higher in all deliveries except July which was off %. The slight rally over yesterday's exceedingly low figures weie not unexpected by most local traders. However, the undertone of the Chicago pit is of such erratic nature tnat the prices at the opening will be surprising if they are held to the close. Thera are only 106,000 bushels of contract wheat here, the smallest amount in many years, if not the smallest in history. Corn opened fractionally lower in all deliveries. The bearish sentiment is most pronounced in the May delivery. CALLOW & ME • • Quaker Oats "stands by" you through the morning That’s why millions start their days in this way TO feel right thrcftigh tire morning, you must have well-balanced, complete food at breakfast. At most other meals — ;hat is, at luncheon and at dinner—you usually get that kind of food. But at breakfast the great dietary mistake is most often made—a hurried meal, often badly chosen. Thus Quaker Oat-, containing 16% protein, food’s great tissue builder; 58% carbohydrate, its great energy element, plus ali-imoortant vitamines and the “bulk ’ that makes laxatives seldom needed, is the dietetic urge of the world today. It is food that “stands by” you through the morning. Food that should start every breakfast in your home. Quick Quaker cooks in 3 to 5 minutes. That’s faster than plain toast. Don't deny yourself the natural stimulation this rich food offers.
