Miss Winifred Arnold will arrive home tomorrow from Fort Wayne where she is a student at Sacred Heart Academy, to spend the holidays with her parents, Mr. and MrsJames F. Arnold. She will be accompanied by Miss Mary Cotter, of Richmond, who is also a student at Sailed Heart Academy, and who will spend a part of her vacation here. Mrs. A. F. Stalter and son. James Allen, of Portland, are the guests of Mr. and Mrs. F. E. Vail for a few days before going to Fort Wayne to spend Christmas with relatives. Attorneys Skinner. Boniface, Whitaker and Whipple, of Portland, attended to business in the Adams circuit court today. Mrs. J. 11. Heller left at noon lor South. She will return tomorrow accompanied by her granddaughter, Martha Macy, whose parents will come Thursday for an over Christmas iVisit. The Macys are preparing to pnovp to Galion, Ohio, where Mr. Macy has accepted a position with the Galion iron Works. Mr. and Mrs. F. M. Schirmeyer will leave Wednesday for Nashville. Tenn., where they will enjoy Christmas with the Hugh Rout family. Fred Schafer, veteran business man who has been ill for a week past was able to be at his store this morning.
