WootL Because of the large property holdings of the author in this state, it was necessary that the documents be probated here as well as al Los Angeles. The property here represents both personal property and real estate, and, like the remainder of the estate, is left by the terms of the will to
her daughter. Jeannette Porter Meehan, of Los Angeles. Charles Darwin Porter, of Los Angelas, her husband, and the ouly other heir-at-law, is not named in the will. The executors are the daughter and James Sweetser I-uwshe, of Loa Angeles, who have filed a petition asking Judge Wood to convey property at 2415 Forest Park avenue to Clifton H.
