LEARN A RULE A DAY IF YOU’D UNDERSTAND THE PLAY. Believing that a little reviewing of the rules of basketball will help most of we fans to better understand the game and to be better fans, wa have decided to print one rule each day in our column. Today's rule: “A player shall not interfere with a player who is returning the ball Into th* court from out of bounds; that is, no part of his person shall he outside tha court.” A technical foul.
