PRATER ESCAPES DEATH SENTENCE Boy Murderer Gets Off Easy For Disclosing Pool Room Conditions Noblesville, Ind., Nov, 30.—(United Press) —Edward Prater, 16, escaped possible death in tho electric chair today by disclosing conditions nl Indianapolls pool rooms. The laiy was sentenced to 2 to 21 years in the reform school when the prosecutor permitted him to plead guilty of manslaughter. Prater was charged with intidering a street car conductor.
