Indiana, a school in which more than 100.000 students Jrave >eeu educated in the last fifty I one years," Mr. Gallmeyer continued. “We are now on the eve of going to our people and asking for $883,000 which is to be used in making Vai-1 paraiso a recognized university throughout the United States and one where we can trust our young people without fearing they will be led astray from tlie ideals which the church has taught throughout ak their younger years. “Jn the acquiring of Valparaiso we have realized the dream of our forefathers who in 1839. in a rude one-room hut in Missouri, established our first school which later, owing to the necessity of the times, was turned into a theological seminary.
