State To Probe War On Hoosier Truck Drivers In Ohio Indianapolis. Lawrence Orr, chairman of the state board of accounts, has placed in the hands of the attorney general a report showing that Smith misappropriated approximately $30,000 worth of state and federal funds and equipment.
