Prosperity In Prospect Says Utilities Expert Chicago, Oct. 30.—(United Press)— —Prosperity is in prospect for the next fiv4 years, W. J. Il.itennh. public utilities rate expert, declared today at tiie special Interstate commerce commission hearing on the application of western railroads for a five per cent increase in freight rates.
