Prosperity In Prospect Says Utilities Expert Chicago, Oct. 30.—(United Press)— —Prosperity is in prospect for the next fiv4 years, W. J. Il.itennh. public utilities rate expert, declared today at tiie special Interstate commerce commission hearing on the application of western railroads for a five per cent increase in freight rates. The present price structure and possibly higher prices will rule for the next five years, he said. Hatenah made the statement while under cross examination by attorneys for shippers who are opposed to a rule increase. Paul A.
