Williams, Blue Creek township farmer, was brought to this city Wednesday afternoon to undergo a sanity inquest. An affidavit charging him with being a dangerous character was filed in the court of A. C. Butcher, justice of the peace, by O. G. Williams, a son. who resides in ll'ort Wayne. This charge and the pei tition for a sanity inquest were dismissed by the court on the ground that the affidavit was signed by a noresident of Adams county. New affidavits were filed today and Mr. Williams was examined by physicians this morning.
