William Bow bn, 11, was crushed to death by the interurban. Raymond Tinman, 16, driver of the auto, was seriously hurt. Editor Os Washington Herald Dies Suddenly West Baden, Ind., Atte. 24.—(United Press)— Charles Sefrit, editor aud owner of the Washington. Ind., Herald, died suddenly, at the West Baden Springs hotel. Sefrit died while on his way to breakfast. He had been taking treatment for several weeks at the hotel. r.orn in Davies county in 1960. Sefrtt had spent his entire life iu southwestern Indiana and was one of the best known editors and republican workers in Indiana. Dorothy Ellingson Is Found Guilty f San Francisco, Cal., Aug. 24.—Dorothy Ellingson, 17-year-old matricide, was convicted of killing her mother, Mrs. Anna Ellingsou. by a jury- in Superior court here- Saturday.
