X O — , City Tax Rate At Bluffton Is Lowered Bluffton, Aug. 21.—The city couadi meeting in a special session Wednesday evening to consider the budget for the city, after careful considerstion of the funds i nail the city do. partinents, voted to make a generat redustion in the tax rate of 14. s The first large cut made was in th,, levy for the general fund. This was lowered from 44 cents to 34 cents. Th n water fund levy was lowered from 16 cents to 13 cents.
