A REST DAY No Session Held Today In Trial Os Typhoid Fever Damage Suit The Jury hearing the evidence hi j the Fort Wayne typhoid fever damage suit, which has been on trial in the Adams circuit court here tor more, than two weeks, received a rest today. the court having continued the case from yesterday evening until Wednesday morning, in order to permit some of the attorneys in .the easel to appear in a case which came up for trial In a court at Fort Wayne this morning.
