Warren’s nomination was rejected when previously sqit to the senate by a vote ot 39 to 41 but after a conference today between the President, Senator Butler and Warren, it was decided to re-submit the nomination for a second consideration by the senate. When informed of the decision of the White House to resubmit the nomination of Warren. Senator Walsh. Montana, leader of the opposition, declared such a .procedure was "un- ■ precedented.” I “There will be no change in the lineup on the democratic side when a vote is taken again," asserted Walsh. .The renomination of Warren was: 1 referred to the judiciary committee as soon,as it reached the senate.
