Although Decatur high school’s Yellow Jackets lost the sectional title here last week end, the local school won at least one real thing—the title of excellent hosts. The two pararaphs which follow. the first being taken j from the Bluffton Banner and the other from the Bluffton News, bear out the above statement: “Wells county teams are all unanimous in their voicing of approval of the fine treatment accorded them in the tournaments at .Montpelier and Decatur. The officials of both schools and the fans were very courteous and did everything in their power toward the caring for visiting teams. To them in behalf of the teams and fans of Wells county. Out of Bounds desires in this way to extend our thanks and heartiest best wishes.” “Fans from Bobcat territory have asked us to express | their appreciation of the treatment which Decatur gave the teams at the tournament. The entertainment received was excellent, they say, and they want the Yellow’ Jacket authorities to know that their hospitality is good for a warm supper in any Bobcat home on any occasion.” After all it is no disgrace to lose.
