Jan. 24.—Charges that railroads and traction interests are lobbying in the hope of having regulation of busses placed in the hands of the state public service commission are made in a public communication today to the legislature. , The communciation is signed by W. B. Hiner, of the Hiner Red Ball Lines and the Red Bull Terminal company. "The railroads and tractions want the public service commission to handle bus rates for the benefit of the interurbans and the railroads at the expense of the public,” the communciation sets forth.
