A letter from the United States Chamber of Commerce was read and several of the members expressed their ideas as to the employing of u rnan who would devote all of his time to the promotion of the welfare of Decatur and Adams county. After some discussion it was moved that the matter be referred to the board of directors, they to make tbeir re port In open meeting, at which time the association can accept or reje. t their recommendations. Talks were also made on the splendid work being done by L. M. Busche, county agent, and the program which the association adopted means that. the business men pf Decatur will lend their assistance to him in being of assistance to the farmers of Adams county.
