Mr. Yager's car, driving It to Detroit, where the ywere arrested November 6. They were alleged also to have previously stolen a machine owned by John Dlsser. from near a garage on Dayton avenue Ormiston and Reynold* were tried in juvenile court several weeks ago. Rynolds was placed under probation while Ormiston was sent to the boys' school at Plainfield, Judge Wood revoking the suspension of a sentence for a previous offense. | Judge Wood suspended Jackson's sentence ou the testimony of his parents.
