Mr .Spuller will work ort his doctor's degree in law. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, from which he has the degrees of bachelor of arts and doctor of jurisprudence. From 1920 to 1922 he was head of the Spanish department at St. John’s Military Academy, Delafield, Wis., and for the past two years has been an instructor in ' Spanish in the University of Notre Dame. During the late war Mr. Spuller was commissioned a lieutenant and because of his knowledge of Spanish i was consigned as a special instructor with the troops in Panama and the West Indies.
