If there is any spot in or around Decatur more suitable than Bellmont Pork for home sites, I do not know of it. Bellmont Park addition, when built up should make one of the most beautiful residence sections of Northern Indiana. C. S. NIBLICK
DECATUR DAILY DEMOCRAT, FRIDAY, MAY 30, 1921.
Z 1 1 have been asked to speak a word of commendation regarding the sale of the 40 lots out of the south ' west part of Bellmont Park. To my 'hinking the Park is one of the most beautiful “made’' spots in Indiana. The whole plan is wonderful and it dot's seem to me a great pity that the dea of selling oif these lots has been decided upon. However there is no question but that it would be a lovely place to build a hftme for a home ■here would get all the advantages of forty years of landscaping. ami •her tidvantatfS that are most at tractive.
