Brown today unanimously voted to overrule the motion for dismissal of the charges against the aged churchman. Brown's counsel yesterday moved that the heresy charges be dismissed on the grounds that hie tribunal was without jurisdiction in the case. o Mgs. H. L. Conter, of Gary, is visiting her son, France.
