| Court House [ Property Ordered Sold In the case of Chris Zurcher vs. the Swiss Accordion company of Berne, the receiver filed a petition today to sell property at private sale for not less than the appraisement. The court sustained the petition and ordered the property sold. The case was submitted to the court and a finding was made for Mrs. Wells on her cross-complaint. The court granted a divorce to Mrs. Wells and gave her the custody of their two minor children, Eileen and Robert J. Louis Gallmeyer Dies At Home In Ft. Wayne Louis Gallmyer, 53 former Adams county resident, died last night at 7:15 o'clock nt his residence, 2935 Weisser Park avenue Fort Wayne, following an illness of three years. The direct cause of death was pneumonia. Mr. Gallmeyer, previous to his illness, was a well known carpenter-contractor. He moved to Fort Wayne from Adams county in 1892. Surviving are the widow; four children. Mrs. V. W. Fitch, Maplewood, N. J.; Mrs. Max Irmscher, Jr., of Ft. Wayne; Miss Lula Gallmeyer, of Maplewood, and Henry Gallmeyer; three grandchildren; two brothers. Christ, of Grund Rapids, Mich., and Carl Gallmeyer, of Hartford City; two sisters: Miss Louise Gallmeyer. and Mrs. O. P. Wolf, of Fort Wayne. Mr. Gallmeyer was a member of the B. V. IT. society and the Redeemer Lutheran church. Funeral arangraents are not known
