| Court House j Case Dismissed The case of Isie Wilson vs. Henry Garringer. suit for breach of promise, was dismissed today on motion of the ’ plaintiff. The case was filed in 1 1921. Wants Guardian Appointed Joseph A. Kintz today filed a net II tion asking that a guardian be api pointed for Mary T. Kintz. The petition states that the defendant is 43 years old and a person of unsottnd ■ mind, not capqj/le of managing her I own estate. The attorneys for the petitioner are John Schurger Ami Son. LAMAR LEAVES LOCAL HOSPITAL Stranger, Mysterious Injured Here, Returns To Home In Kenten, 0. Frank Lamar, the stranger who was mysteriously injured while In this city on the night of April 8. wds able to leave the Adams County Memorial hospital yesterday afternoon and return to his home in Kenton, Ohio. Mr. Lamar was accompanied home by his wife, who has been here since a week ago today. Before leaving the hospital yesterday afternoon. I.a mar was questioned again by Chief of Police Joel Reynolds, in an effort to solve the mystery surrounding Lamar's injuries. However, Lamar did not give the police chief much information, other than to repeat his former story that he was injured in the vicinity of the Erie rtfilroud tracks on Mercer Avenue. and that he believed he was attacked by two men who took his money and gold watch, after he had purchased a quantity of liquor from them. Although still very weak. Lamar appears to be improving rapidly and is not expected to suffer any permanent Injuries. He was severely cut about his right eye and his scalp and onefinger was broken on his left hand. Approximately 150 members of the lodge crowded into th* lodge room Delegation* were present from fifteen other Odd Fellow lotlges. Auburn lodge had the largest delegation pnsent, there being j Ufty here from that city. Our Home lodge of Fort. Wayne hail the next targeat delegation, with forty. The first degree was conferred on J twelve candidates by the Fort Wayne degree team, while the Auburn team conferred the second degree.
