TO BROADEN SCOOT WORK Plan On Foot To Organize Boy Scouts Os Four Counties Into District Hartford City, April 11 —F. D. Chadwick, of Chicago, field agent for the regional Boy Scout executive's office, was here Wednesday laying plans for the organization of tho Scout district, comprising Blackford, Wells, Jay anil Adams counties. Wednesday evening Mr, Chadwick laid his plans before the local Scout council, and they were adopted unanimously.
