[Court House! | Mrs. Billman Gets Divorce Judge Sutton today granted a divorce to Edna Billman, of Berne, from Flavius Billman. Mrs. Billman's name was changed to Edna Flory, also. Mrs. Billman alleged that her husband threatened her life and did her bodily harm. Attorney Frank M. Cottrell, of Berne, represented Mrs. Billman, and Attorney M. V. Skinner, of Portland, appeared for Mr. Billman. Case Is Continued The case of the First National Bank of Pittsburgh, vs. the Cardwell Stave company was continued today when the court sustained the defendant's motion for continuance. The case was set for trial on May 12. • Candidates File The following candidates have ill ed their declarations with the county clerk: Frank W. Spade, of Magley. for the republican precinct committeeman; J. A. Long, of Geneva, for democratic committeeman; A. Harlow, of Geneva, for democratic com mitteeman.
