| lives in Gary. The envelope is five !by eight inches in size. The stamps, ■ two hundred of them, are about an i inch square. Each stamp is worth i .3,000 marks. The stamps are pasted | together, face out, and then attached to the enelope. The double thicjtness strip of stamps is about a foot square. Mr. Cuter says that many of the foreigners in Gary have their let teis from their native country addressed in care of the Gary Trust and Savings company bank, with which Mr. Conter Is connected, and all of the letters bear a large number of stamps. It requires five cents of American money to send a letter to Europe and the tIOOtPOO (Polish marks are of equal value.
