Sutton, of the Adams cir< uit court, yesterday received a telegram from Carl Cotton, who is confined in the county jail at Bluffton. that he is ready to stand trial at once. Cotton was arrested in Fort 1 Wayne two weeks ago and returned to Bluffton to answer charges of child neglect. Judge Sutton has been appointed special judge to hear the case. There have been three cases filed against Cotton, with bond fixed at sl.t*hi in each case. When the first two cases were filed. Brother Os Berne Man, Dies At Hospital Joseph Riley Davidson. 56, of i Kendallville, a brother of James S. ‘ Davidson, of Berne, died at the AdI am* County Memorial hospital at 8:30 o’clock last night.
