Peru Man Left Estate Valued At $7,500,000 Peru, Ind., Jan. 15. —P. D. Landgraves. assessor of Miami county, has completed the appraisement of the estate in Indiana of James Omer Cole, now dead, and the valuation, personal and real, has been placed at $4,736,834.78. The personal property outside of the state of Indiana amouts to $2,681,(125.90. The net estate liable for state tax has been placed at $3,604,435.47. Jules O. Cole and Frank X. Kreutzer are the administrators of the estate. They have set aside from the gross amount the sum of $35,000 as tho cost of administration, $40,000 for attorney fees. $45,000 for income tax; $14,800 for the payment of aceured taxes, and $390,209 for payin' nt of federal taxes and other incidentals.
