Plant Worth $250,000. The complaint recites the fact that the city has invested a large sum in the establishment of a municipal light and water plant, the total approximate value of such municipal paint being placed at $250,000. The complaint recites at length, various matters pertaining to the plant, and it is averred that contract with th. Linn Grove Company yields an income that is of high value to the city plant, both in the matter of direct revenues from current sold to the I.Jnn Grove Company, also from the fact that the additional load for the city plant, causing its operation at approximate peak load the grater part of the time, results in a more economical operation of the city plant and at a less cost of -manufacture per kilowatt of current than if the Linn Grove load was not carried.
